Return Policy
Customers may return their items that are bought full price for full refund of the items (minus shipping fee + imported taxes that we’ve paid for you) you have paid for.
Timeframe and procedures
Customers MUST notify the store right away after they receive the package and wish to return them.
*Items must be back with us within 14 business days after the items are successfully delivered to international customers*
(For domestic customers, please return items to us within 7 business days)
Customers MUST ship the items back with tracking numbers.
Is my order eligible for returns?
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ITEMS BOUGHT DURING PROMOTIONS SUCH AS BLACK FRIDAY, SALES (OR ANY PROMOTIONS WHERE THE PRICED ARE REDUCED), WHOLESALE, WITH DISCOUNT CODES OR UNDER CLEARANCE SALES OR WITH GIFT CARDS WON FROM GIVEAWAYS/CHALLENGES ARE FINAL. NO REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THESE ITEMS.
In short, only items bought full priced are eligible for returns.
FREE SHIPPING CODE: If you used free shipping code and saved $30 USD for shipping fee and you wish to return your full priced items that are in 100% condition:
- For refund, you will receive full refund for the item MINUS $30 USD that we've paid for your shipping fee.
- For exchange, you will need to send payment of $30 USD for express shipping for us to ship back your return item(s).
Do I need to pay the shipping fee to ship the items back to Flexi Lexi Fitness?
Shipping expense back to our head office in Thailand is the customers' own responsibility. Full refund (minus shipping fee + imported taxes that we’ve paid for you) will be refunded once the package is received and checked that they are in 100% condition.
We reserve the rights NOT to refund/exchange when..
- Items are not received back
- Items are damaged or not in 100% condition (This means the item has to have our brand's paper tag attached and in our original zip lock bag)
- Items have been washed/worn
- Items were bought under Clearance Sales section or with promo/discount codes or gift cards won from giveaways/challenges (not bought full price)
Custom and imported taxes
IMPORTANT: If there's custom taxes with the returned package, you will need to pay for the taxes once the package enters Thailand before we can get the package back.
If you refuse to pay for the taxes, we, unfortunately, cannot accept the package.
Exchange for another size
For exchange, the item has to be in 100% condition (with zip lock bag and paper tag attached). We can exchange to the same item of another size only. Your item has to be bought full price for it to be eligible for exchange. Shipping the new item back to you will be on our expense. But we cannot cover for your imported taxes when we ship a new item to you.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost items so it is strongly recommended that you ship your return items back to us with tracking numbers and insurance.
Returned/Unclaimed/Packages Refused
If your package is returned to us by DHL EXPRESS, that means that you haven't provided us with the correct address or cannot be reached via the contact details that you have provided. The package will be returned to us as "unclaimed" or "returned".
In both cases, it is your responsibility to contact us to get the package sent back to you ($30 USD shipping fee will have to be sent to our paypal: flexilexi.fitness@gmail.com).
If you do not want your order anymore, please let us know and we will refund the payment as store credit that you have paid for minus shipping fee + customs taxes on the way back to Thailand + $10 USD restocking fee.
We reserve 2-4 business days (after we receive the package back) of any shipping back and refund for unclaimed/returned/refused packages.
Can you track the returned package for me?
Please note that it is the customers' responsibility to track for their own package to make sure that the package is safely delivered back to our office. Without any proof of successful delivery results, we cannot refund or exchange.
